HOWARD FRETTEN
Before co-founding Boomerville, Howard spent 25 years tending some of the biggest brands in the world, mostly at Saatchi & Saatchi London. As a writer and CD he’s written thousands of ads, developed and implemented work that worked in difficult markets, won some prizes, put out loads of fires, and smiled a lot. His main reason for wanting to make advertising aimed at boomers is that he doesn’t feel any current ads speak to him despite spending quite a lot of money on things every week.
MIKE SANDS
Mike has been creating famous campaigns for 25 years, for some of the biggest advertisers at the most influential ad agencies in the world, including JWT and Saatchi & Saatchi in London. As creative director at Saatchis in Asia and as a partner in the Middle East's largest independent agency, Mike has a track record of creating ideas for brands and services across the globe. What he has noticed in that time, is that older people (the ones with most of the wealth) are largely ignored by agencies – and in turn brands, in favour of chasing youth. In co-founding Boomerville, Mike has a mission to change all that.

Helen is a highly experienced, results driven strategist with an entrepreneurial spirit and boundless enthusiasm for her work. She’s done all kinds of interesting things, for interesting brands, big and small, domestic and global, public and private sector. With over 23 years experience, she’s probably worked in every channel there is, with some of the most awarded clients, creative minds and agencies - AMV BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi, MCBD, Edelman Deportivo and Publicis Mojo to name but a few. A big collaborator with a big brain, Helen has been awarded for her use of insight, research and data to identify new ways (and places) for clients to communicate with their audiences. As a consultant strategist, Helen’s unique approach to unlocking the real truth about an audience’s lives, passions and relationships now lead the way for her clients to successfully solve the right business, social and brand issues.

Nick ran business at agencies in London, Amsterdam and Dubai before returning to his home turf in London. Passionate about effective and creative work, he's determined to see great work targeting the baby boomer generation by the time he makes it there.
